This course teaches the theory and practice of leading, managing, and functioning in groups and teams. The course has two primary goals: first, to provide students with a conceptual framework for analyzing group dynamics, diagnosing performance problems, and designing appropriate interventions, and, second, to help students develop practical skills for building effective groups and teams.
Global Virtual Teams (Teaching Assistant 2023, 2024, 2025)

This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead, manage, and function within teams that are both global and virtual in nature. The course adopts an action learning approach by providing opportunities to apply knowledge and skills in practice through a series of exercises that simulate the issues faced by global virtual teams.
Work Motivation & Engagement (Teaching Assistant 2024)

This course focuses on introducing students to theory and research on work motivation and engagement, and also provides opportunities for reflection on how to self-motivate and motivate others they lead in organizations. Topics covered include intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, persistence and grit, creative motivation, work-life balance, and prosocial motivation.
