Bu Deul "Elisabeth" Yang

I am a PhD candidate at the Yale School of Management.  

I study work and occupations in the contexts of organizational and technological change, including the introduction of artificial intelligent (AI) tools in the workplace. I primarily use qualitative methods, especially ethnography (e.g., observations, interviews) to uncover empirical puzzles and develop theoretical insights about the evolving nature of work, technology, and relationships in contemporary organizations.
